Evidence-based medicine was always about making RISK-BENEFIT decisions before doing or not a specific treatment. “Medical Thinking” is real and we doctors have to do it every day because we have a responsability in front of you and the entire humanity.

Shortly, if one vaccinated child in a million has gotten a mild/severe reaction, while one unvaccinated child in ten thousand has gotten a serious/fatal disease, you probably should vaccinate, even if the one child in a million was your own. You have to really look into statistics, because what you hear about is often distorted by various biases. Therefore the risk to don’t vaccinate is higher than the risk to vaccinate. #vaccination #provaccine
